We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Manager in HR and Operations who is an ace at recruitment, employee relations, employment processes and documentation, as well as manage operations and administration of the team and business. This role requires a versatile mid-senior manager with experience across all HR functions, Administration, and General Management of business.

This is a strategic leadership role in the core team at Crux Labs, with overall responsibility to lead our hiring and team building measures starting with India and then going global.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the HR function in the organization
  • Hiring strategy and talent management goals based on organization imperatives
  • Lay foundation for HR practices and processes
  • Employee relations and management
  • Interface with sales, marketing, product teams to preempt and forecast the hiring needs

Required Skills & Experience
  • Language and Proficiency - English / Native / Spoken and Written
  • Communication - Articulate and excellent communicator over emails and phone calls
